We and our licensors retain all rights in the services, content, and trademarks. You receive only the limited rights stated in these Terms.
You grant us a limited license to process data to provide the services, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights to submit the data.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only as permitted by these Terms.
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and our total liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuCoach from claims arising from your use of the services in violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law where NuCoach is established, without regard to conflict of laws.
